Installation

1. 

Firefox Browser එක Open කරගැනීමෙන් අනතුරුව එහි Tools මෙනුවෙන්  Add-On යන්න තෝරා ගන්න.

අපහැදිලි නම පිංතුරය උඩ කොටන්න. 

2. දැන් ඔබ‍ට Add-On Manager යන වින්ඩොව දිස් වේ. මෙහි ඉහල වම් කෙලවරේ තිබෙන Get Add-ons යන්න තෝරා ගන්න. දැන් ලැබෙන search කවුලුවේ FireFTP යන්න ‍ටයිප් කරන්න. දැන් ලැබෙන FireFTP යන්න තොරා ගන්න. දැන් පහලින් ඇති Add to Firefox. යන්න Click කරන්න.

PHP History And Advantages

PHP History :

PHP was implemented by “Rasmus Lerdorf” in 1995 using “C” and “PERL” languages.  Rasmus Lerdorf implemented this script to find out, how many company’s accessing his resume.

Rasmus Lerdorf (born November 22, 1968 in Qeqertarsuaq, Greenland) is a Danish-Greenlandic programmer and the creator of the PHP programming language.

PHP USE

PHP is a server side script language just like Jsp and Asp to develop the dynamic web applications. (Server Side = Interacting with the server). Not only dynamic web applications we can also develop the stand alone applications with PHP. (Stand alone applications = desktop applications, imaging applications).

PHP Advantages

PHP is a cross flat form. Cross flat form means it supports any type of Data Base Server like Windows, SQL, Linux.

PHP is providing building functions to interact with Mysql database. With Jsp and Asp we cannot function directly to Mysql database. To function directly to Mysql database in Jsp and Asp, we need to use third party functions. Third party functions are not secure.

Ex. 2 years back Google stopped services to China, because of hacking the google.com. google.com was made by Jsp and Asp using third party tools. It reopened with the PHP.

There are so many different ways to turn off your Windows XP computer, let's look at some of them:

The standard approach - click the Start Button with your mouse, then select the Turn Off menu and finally click the Turn Off icon on the Turn Off computer dialog. blink.gif

Press Ctrl+Esc key or the Win key and press u two times - the fastest approach.

Get the Shutdown utility from Download.com - it add the shut down shortcuts for you. Else create them yourself using approach

Create a shutdown shortcut on your desktop. Right click on the desktop, choose New Shortcut and type shutdown -s -t 00 in the area where you are asked to specify the location of the program file. Now you can just double click this icon to turn off the computer. The best location would be your quick launch bar.

Press the Win key + R key to open the run window. Type shutdown -s -t 00. [s means shutdown while t means the duration after which you want to initiate the shutdown process].

If some open processes or application won't let you turn off, append a -f switch to force a shut down by closing all active processes.

Win+M to minimize all windows and then Alt+F4 to bring the Turn Off computer dialog.

Open Windows Task manager (by right clicking the Windows Task bar or Alt+Ctrl+Del) and choose Shut down from the menu. Useful when the Windows are not responding.
